Handcrafted from 14k yellow gold, this Miraculous medal pendant features an embossed figurine of Mother Mary, die stamp lettering, solid construction and a combination satin / polished finish. In 1830 Mary spoke to St. Catherine and showed her the vision of the now-famous medal. On the front, this pendant features Mary standing on a globe with streaming light surrounding her with the words "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee." On the backside, twelve stars surround a large "M" and cross. Below the "M" there are two flaming hearts. The left heart, circled with thorns, represents Jesus and the right heart, pierced by a sword, symbolizes Mary.
