People are going to want to eyeball your ride anyway, why not have a message or logo that either starts a friendly conversation or perhaps gets you punched in the face? We can laser engrave whatever you want* (Have we seen it all? Challenge us!) on a derby cover. The engraving will remove the coating leaving a raw aluminum design. These covers are made with die-cast construction with a domed design.

Custom Laser Derby Covers available in Matte, Wrinkled or Gloss Finish. Not available in Chrome. Most aftermarket covers take different gaskets than stock covers.

Upload your art:

1.) Vector artwork is always the best and easiest to work with, and yields the best results. (.AI .EPS .PDF etc)

2.) If you do NOT have vector artwork, we ask for a minimum of 300 dpi in a raster/jpg file. Anything less than this can result in a poor resolution and decrease the quality of the finished product.

3.) All artwork will be converted to a black and white format. Anything black in the artwork will be laser etched, exposing the metal beneath the coating. Anything white will not be etched, leaving the product's original coating.

Custom covers are non-returnable. Please be sure to correctly match the cover for your ride.
